We listen, act, and transform
I have practiced in the field for 12+ years now. I have worked doing inpatient substance use treatment, outpatient substance use treatment, outpatient mental health treatment, couples counseling, individual counseling, family sessions, group counseling and work with adolescents. I have trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, DBT, Somatic therapy and completed Trauma training.
